First major debate noisy and ‘chaotic’

“Fragmented,” “unclear” and “chaotic” were among words used to describe the first organized and nationally televised debate among the leaders of Norway’s nine major political parties Monday night.  One commentator described the debate, held in advance of the September 11 national election, as a “continuous attack on the (current) government’s policies"
