Debate planning for St. Louis, other sites, continues despite Trump's balking

Although the Republican presidential nominee Trump said this week he wants to debate, he has raised enough questions about the format and timing to spark buzz that he may not show up for the first debate at Hofstra University in Hempstead, N.Y., on Sept. 26.
