Costa Rican Electoral Tribunal Organizes Presidential Debate

The Costa Rican Supreme Electoral Tribunal (Tribunal Supremo de Elecciones, TSE) organized a debate among 13 candidates for the presidency in two parts based on the ordering of candidates on the ballot--the first six on Sunday, January 5, 2014 and the final seven on Monday, January 6. The elections are set for Sunday, February 2, 2014.
