The National Electoral Institute (Instituto Nacional Electoral, INE) will host its second presidential debate at the Autonomous University of Baja California (Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, UABC) in Tijuana, on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at 21:30 central time. This town-hall format debate will focus on three main topics: Foreign trade and investment, border security and the fight against transnational crime and the rights of migrants. The second debate will be broadcast live on INE TV on Youtube, as well as on the national television stations TV Azteca, Televisa and Cadena Tres.
