Sole presidential debate to be held Sunday afternoon

The 2.5-hour debate will be divided into four segments, beginning with an 8-minute opening statement by each of the three candidate. In the second segment, the candidates will take five questions posed by media outlets and be given 2 minutes and 30 seconds to answer each of the questions.
